Disciples! I am delighted to announce that legendary film director Brett Leonard has joined the Judgment Day team as co-producer.

Brett and I go way back as friends, having met in the 1990’s with all the goings-on around virtual reality. I was developing it, and Brett was making films about it. His iconic dystopian sci-fi thriller The Lawnmower Man is still one of the most successful independent films of all time, and a certified classic at this point.

Well, what I didn’t know until much later was that Brett and I share a passion for musical theater– and an obsession over Jesus Christ Superstar! ✝️🎏 Brett was in a hundred runs of the show as a young man.  I had no idea about that when I meekly sent him the demos for Judgment Day back in 2020. But he turned out to love the show, and after a few years of chatting together about how to get a live show off the ground, we decided to formalize the production, and thus was born Judgment Day, LLC. And so, Judas and Caiaphas are back in the saddle, once again up to no good… 🔥

Brett and I have some crazy ideas about how to finance, stage and deliver this crazy work. And who knows? Brett might even direct the live show… 👀
